****The one element not included in the document pertains to weather. If we see first the weather is not safe and then not conducive for play, we can either reschedule (if there’s available ice) and if not, then a full refund of the payment for the ice time will be processed. That determination will be made with the coaches/lead contacts of each group and myself via phone within 24 hours of the ice time, and we can make the decision as late as the day of the booking so that we do not make a decision too quickly if the weather turns.****
