Required Technical Proficiency:
Instructors must be at least 2 skill levels above whoever they will be coaching. Minimum Skill level to coach is Upper C(by Wake Forest or Cary/Garner PAHL League play)
Demonstrated expertise in ice hockey skills, including skating, stickhandling, shooting, passing, and game strategy.
Ability to break down complex skills into teachable components and effectively convey them to players.
