This year we are going big for a great cause. Helping our local community is something that MCHL takes great pride in. We will be collecting donations for our “Third Annual Christmas Drive”

Get ready to score big this holiday season! Our small hockey organization is proud to announce our upcoming Christmas charity event, and we want you to be a part of it. This multi-day event will include both the ironclad format and traditional game play.

Join us for a day of giving back to the community and spreading holiday cheer. We'll be hosting a clothing and toy drive, giving away live Christmas trees, and providing food gift cards and canned goods to local families in need. Our first year we helped over 60 families, last year over 80 families, and this year we hope to help even more.

But that's not all - we'll also be giving away exciting prizes to our participants, including an entire set of hockey equipment to someone who can't afford to upgrade their equipment to play safe. We will also be giving away 1 free season of hockey to an adult, and if we can collect enough donations, we will pay for a child of a single parent's way for a year, including equipment, league fees, and a weekly stipend for gas to get back and forth to the rink.

So lace up your skates and join us for a day of hockey, fun, and giving back to the community. And don't forget to bring your A-game - with an ugly sweater competition this fierce, you won't want to be caught wearing anything less than your holiday best. Prizes will be awarded to players who collect the most donations for each category: Clothing, Groceries(ie, gift cards, canned goods), and donations to our “Help a Player” campaign, which will help someone who cannot afford the equipment to be safe and/or the league fees to play.

This event is more than just a game - it's an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those around us. So come out and join us in spreading holiday cheer and making a positive impact in our community. With your support, we can make this holiday season one to remember for local families in need
