Pre-game Meetup - Please let us know if you would like to get together before the event. We should arrive in Charlotte around 11am

We always drop the roster the night before. We reserve the right to move players around to keep parity. No one wants to be blown out.

Jerseys 

Everyone must wear their team jerseys and MCHL-approved socks. We want to ensure the pictures come out great and make everyone look their best!

Participation on specific teams is guaranteed solely for those who have acquired custom jerseys. Players who haven't secured custom jerseys will be included in the draft process, except for the returning Captains. Teams without returning Captains will have one assigned from the pool of returning players.

In preparation for the upcoming season, custom jerseys are up for purchase. If you were part of a team in the previous season, you are exclusively permitted to purchase a custom jersey specifically for that team. This is the sole method to secure your position on that particular team.

Ice time 

75- minute sessions (including Zam :()

5-minutes of Warm-ups.

10,-18 -minute mini-games.

Ice cut halfway through.

30-second intermissions

Rosters 

We limit each team to 8 skaters on each bench. This restriction ensures that teams are open enough, which in turn guarantees ample ice time for everyone.

Skill Level 

We will balance teams as best we can based off of the information we have accumulated from previous events. New players self assessment can be a bit of a wild card so we reserve the right to move players on game day for anyone that sandbags.

Goalies 

Typically, we run a goalie per team. The whole point of the Ironclad is to disrupt the norms of hockey. Goalies will have to stay loose and keep their mental focus to excel in these events!

Penalties 

Each minor penalty is 1:30, Majors are 5. In the event a player creates issues they may be asked to leave with no refund. We are out here to have a fun, competitive game, not a UFC event.

Pictures and Video 

We will have a photographer and an on-ice videographer for this when possible. (If you are a photographer and you want to save us some money and volunteer your services, it will be greatly appreciated but not expected).

****When possible, we will also release the entire LiveBarn footage (when not pixelated). We can now also offer player-specific AI tracking LiveBarn video for a fee)****
